As of December 31, 2024 I will be vacating my office in Lopez Village, on Lopez Island, Washington. I will see remaining clients via teletherapy from my home office, with retirement on the horizon.

I do provide Individual Art Therapy Stress Reduction Coaching sessions (not counseling sessions), and Mandala Stress Reduction Workshops to small groups of 6 adults.

I regret that I am currently not taking new counseling clients.

Fees are payable at the time of session.


Individual Stress Reduction Coaching: $125.00 per hour

Mandala Workshops: $180.00 per individual - 3 hours


Counseling charges:

$100 for a 45 minute session,

$130.00 for a 60-minute session,

$150.00 for an initial session

$120.00 per session for ongoing teletherapy if you don't have insurance.


I accept cash, checks, and VISA or Mastercard.






If your insurance company does not provide coverage, clients pay the full fee at the time of your session. I can provide you with a bill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Insurance companies may not reimburse the full amount, based on their reimbursement rates. Please check with your insurance company about what services they cover, and whether or not you have a co-pay.


Brief telephone calls, up to 10 minutes, are not billed; telephone conversations or email exchanges taking longer than 10 minutes will be pro-rated at the hourly rate.  Email is not a completely confidential mode of communication and will be used sparingly. Email shall be used solely for establishing contact and arranging appointments, not for therapy. 


Please provide 24-hour notice when cancelling an appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. There will be one grace session for cancellations, and other cancellations without 24-hour notice will be charged the session fee.


Once we have agreed on an initial appointment, I will send you an invitation to create a client portal.  All required intake paperwork will be in the invitation.  These forms will need to be completed prior to our first meeting. Please use the client portal for communication once we have started sessions.


Individual Stress Reduction Mandala Workshops, or Individual Stress Reduction Coaching sessions are not billable to insurance.
