I am an out-of-network provider for other insurance companies.

Fees are payable at the time of session.

I charge:

$100 for a 45 minute session,

$125 for a 60-minute session,

$135.00 for an initial, or family session

$75.00 per session for ongoing teletherapy if you don't have insurance.


$65.00 for single, telemental health, stress reduction coaching session. (credit cards only)


I accept cash, checks, and VISA or Mastercard.







I can bill insurance companies that reimburse out-of-network providers. If your insurance company does not provide coverage, clients pay the fee at the time of your session. I can provide you with a bill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Insurance companies may not reimburse the full amount, based on their reimbursement rates. Please check with your insurance company about what services they cover, and whether or not you have a co-pay. Most insurance companies do not cover family-therapy sessions, so the sessions need to be paid out-of-pocket.


Brief telephone calls, up to 10 minutes, are not billed; telephone conversations or email exchanges taking longer than 10 minutes will be pro-rated at the hourly rate.  Email is not a completely confidential mode of communication and will be used sparingly. Email shall be used solely for establishing contact and arranging appointments, not for therapy. 


Please provide 24-hour notice when cancelling an appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. There will be one grace session for cancellations, and other cancellations without 24-hour notice will be charged the session fee.


Once we have agreed on an initial appointment, I will send you an invitation to create a client portal.  All required intake paperwork will be in the invitation.  These forms will need to be completed prior to our first meeting.


Individual Stress Reduction Mandala sessions are not billable to insurance.
